Persatuan Kebajikan Kasih Segamat Johor (PKKSJ) is a welfare association based in Segamat, Johor, providing residential shelter, care, and rehabilitation support for vulnerable individuals.

Founded in 1995 by Pastor Vincent Teo Chin Wah, PKKSJ has grown through the dedication of its team, volunteers, and supporters, serving the community for over 30 years and helping thousands of individuals rebuild their lives.

PKKSJ supports elderly persons, persons with disabilities, bedridden residents, children, teenagers, single mothers, abandoned individuals, low-income persons, and those undergoing recovery and rehabilitation.

Its work is grounded in practical care — safe accommodation, meals, supervision, and structured support — enabling suitable residents to rebuild discipline, confidence, life skills, and work readiness.

柔佛昔加末慈爱社工（PKKSJ）是一家位于柔佛昔加末的福利机构，为弱势群体提供居所、照护与康复支持。

本机构创立于1995年，由张振华牧师创办，并在团队成员、志愿者及社会各界支持者的共同努力下，持续服务社会超过30年，帮助了成千上万的人重建人生。

PKKSJ 的服务对象包括长者、残障人士、卧床病患、儿童、青少年、单亲母亲、被遗弃人士、低收入人士，以及正在接受康复与重建的人士。

PKKSJ 的工作以实际照护为基础，包括安全居所、膳食、监督、基本生活支持，以及有秩序的环境，帮助适合的居民重建纪律、信心、生活技能与工作准备。

此外，机构也提供心理与行为重建服务，为沉迷赌博、吸毒或有心理障碍的人士提供专业辅导与有纪律的生活训练，帮助他们逐步回归正常生活。
